First of all, make sure you're using the username and password you chose when you first signed up. Please note that your username is likely to be different from your email address, e.g. joebloggs, rather than firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you're still having problems, the most likely reason is that you have at some point mistakenly clicked on a premium feed for a package that you don't have an active subscription for. In these cases, iTunes will constantly ask for a valid username and password, but will not recognise yours against the database.
If you have mistakenly clicked on the wrong premium feed at some point, you need to delete this feed in iTunes, otherwise it will continue to ask over and over again for your username and password. Go to your podcast list, and select the premium feed which you do not want. All Radio Lingua premium feeds start with RLN ... , eg. RLN Coffee Break French Members Level 1 Gold (lessons 1-40). Select this feed by clicking it, then click on "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the iTunes window. You may also wish to delete this feed: simply hit the delete key while the feed is selected. iTunes will ask you if you want to delete the content associated with the feed, and we would suggest that you click "yes".
Once you have deleted the feed you can now attempt to connect to the correct feed and it should work without any problems.
