First of all, did you email us at support@radiolingua.com? We use various team@radiolingua.com and team@coffeebreakacademy.com to send out newsletters and welcome emails. As a result we receive many "out of office" and other automated emails at those addresses. To be sure of a response, please email support@radiolingua.com.
It's very, very likely that we have responded to your email: we aim to have a response to every single message within 24 hours on weekdays. Sometimes things get very busy and it can be a little longer than this, but most of the time you should have an answer within less than 24 hours. Please remember we're based in the UK so we're working on UK time.
If you still don't think you've received an answer from us, please do the following:
- Check your junk mail.
- If you use Gmail, check the "Marketing" tab as sometimes our mails end up here, rather than in the personal email area.
- Add support@radiolingua.com to your 'whitelist' or your address book.
If you've done all of the above, and it's longer than 24 hours since you sent your original email, please drop us another email at support@radiolingua.com and if at all possible, provide an alternative email address.
Please understand that the last thing we want is for you NOT to receive the email replies we're sending you. We often receive emails from frustrated customers who haven't received a reply, and the email is stuck somewhere in cyberspace between Scotland and wherever our customers are.
