Passwords are created on signup by our system and randomly assign passwords including letters (upper and lower case) and numbers.
If your school licence was purchased by your local authority or a cluster manager we identify this as a managed account. In this case the local authority or cluster manager has a master list of all passwords and it is not therefore possible to change the password.
If you have purchased as an individual school you can change your password. However, this is a manual process, so please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you'd like to change your password to. The password must contain at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number and be a minimum of 8 characters.
