Billing for school accounts depends on how the account was set up:
- Managed Accounts
If a licence was purchased on behalf of your school by your local authority or a cluster, we regard this as a Managed Account. When your renewal date is approaching we will be working with the representative of the local authority or cluster to invoice them for a renewal of the account. It is not, unfortunately, guaranteed that they will renew. The best way to ensure that the local authority or cluster manager does renew the account is 1) to use the resources consistently throughout the year and 2) to let them know that you find the resources invaluable!
- Individual schools
If you or a colleague purchased a licence for one of our resources with a credit card, this will automatically be renewed and your card will be charged. If you wish to keep using the resources you do not need to do anything. If you wish to cancel before your renewal date, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. You'll still be able to use the materials up to your renewal date, but you will lose access on your renewal date and no further payment will be taken.
